What are the shipping and delivery times?

 

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 days to be processed and 7-15 days to be delivered. You can expect your product to arrive within 15 days of placing your order. However, during peak order periods, there may be a slight delay. Please allow for additional delivery time. In rare cases of significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. How can I track my package?

 

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your order in our website with the provided tracking number.

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

 

Yes, after placing an order, we typically allow a 30-minute window for customers to make changes. Once this 30-minute period has passed, the order cannot be cancelled. Once the order is shipped with a tracking number, the order cannot be canceled. 

What do I do if my product arrived damaged? 

 

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture, make a video, and email us right away. So, our team can review and proceed further, Your Satisfaction is our top priority.

Can I return my product for a refund?

 

Sure! We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 29 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at vipdigitalpresence@gmail.com Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
