Shipment Processing Time

We ship from warehouses in multiple locations, If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please make sure your address is correct at Checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimate

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping Days are always shown by us before even reaching Checkout, For each product, it may vary just by a couple of Days. Any failed deliveries will be cancelled. In the event of any failed delivery. The cost will be automatically returned to the card used at checkout, once it sent back to our warehouse. Please Note: All Deliveries are handled by shipping couriers. Therefore all times given are estimated delivery times. There is a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified.

Shipping is completely free in this store.

US shipping typically ranges from 7-13 Business Days, and international shipping ranges 7-15 days. If you live in USA, UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and so on orders will be in the lower to middle range. If you live in Asia, Africa order will be towards the far end of the range or may take longer. Range will be around 12-25 days. For Rest of the places, Shipping will be around 10-30 days. If you don't see your desired Country, you can contact us via email, or whenever you ordered you will have all updates on track my order, we sometime get orders from countries, we never even thought off. Feel Free to Shop at Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to natural disasters, pandemics, Custom delays which are out of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. We know how important your order is, We provide our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors as they could have received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

Shipping Carrier Delays

Please keep in mind that we rely on the same tracking provided to a customer once a package leaves our facility. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further detail. In the unfortunate event that your tracking information states your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow up to 3 business days for the delivery to arrive, then email for further assistance. Please note that we are not required to replace your missing merchandise, as it is up to the discretion of our customer support team to come up with a resolution per individual case.  V.I.P Digital Presence is not liable for undelivered orders due to inaccuracies in the address, zip code, house number, or any related address information provided by the customer. In cases where we request missing information essential for order processing—such as phone numbers, zip codes, tax IDs (where applicable), or recipient IDs (where applicable)—via email, and the customer fails to respond within 3 days, V.I.P Digital assumes no responsibility for any resulting issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

V.I.P Digital Presence is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for your first order, Afterwards, we make a change on price or may include just some shipping price if we are loosing money on the orders. So that, you don't have to worry about fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Our shipping carriers are doing their best, and for your convenience, we do have green shipping protection for your package safety. We highly encourage to have it for extra safety. Rest assured we are always trying and will try our best.


If you receive damaged merchandise, please take multiple pictures, and make a video explaining the issues, and email us at right away within 48 hours, as long as the package is in good condition. We will start the return process.
